New Zealand Delivery
The standard delivery time is 1 - 2 business days for orders within the North Island, and 2 - 3 business days for the South Island.
Please allow an extra day for Rural Delivery addresses. If your order is received by 2:00 PM on a business day it will usually be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped the next day!
Our shipping prices are calculated on weight and volume, so the bigger the product or the more products you order the more it will cost to get it to ya! The standard rate is $7 nationwide and $11.00 for rural delivery.
Prices vary between:
Nationwide -- $7.00 - $16.00
Rural Delivery -- $11.00 - $17.00
Depending on stock levels, some bulk orders are shipped from our store and some are shipped from our warehouses. Orders shipped from the warehouses are usually despatched the next day, so please allow an extra day for delivery.
Exchanges And Refunds
Online: Products ordered online may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase for incorrect sizing or colour, or if we have sent you the wrong style. We are sorry that we are unable to exchange something simply because you don't like it or you have changed your mind. A handling/re-stocking fee of 15% - 20% + shipping costs will apply on refunds. No refund on all shipping costs.
Warranty
We stand behind every product we make and sell. If for any reason the product is faulty we will Replace or Repair it or make sure it is put right.
